Dr. Cindy Munson



Dr. Cindy has dedicated her career to enhancing the health and well-being of women in all stages and ages of life through Chiropractic care for over the past 30 years. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Doctorate in Chiropractic, and certifications in the Webster Technique and Nutritional Counseling, Dr. Cindy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice members. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized through numerous honors, including Wisconsin Chiropractor of the Year, Business of the Year, and Community Service Award from the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, as well as Woman of the Year from the Plymouth Professional Business Women's Group of Plymouth. She has done extensive postgraduate work in women’s health encompassing the unique needs of women during various life stages - young adult, prenatal, pregnancy, post natal, menopause and pediatric chiropractic care. 

Being certified in the Webster Technique, she has specialized skills to address pelvic imbalance in pregnant women, contributing to their overall comfort and health. Her expertise extends far beyond pregnancy. Dr. Cindy's approach is comprehensive and compassionate, focusing on optimizing neuromuscular function and promoting holistic wellness for women of all ages.

Throughout the different seasons of life, women undergo significant changes, including hormonal shifts, postural adaptations, and pelvic floor issues. Dr. Cindy utilizes gentle, specific techniques to address these changes, providing relief from common discomforts and promoting optimal health and vitality. In addition to prenatal & postnatal care, Dr. Cindy offers specialized support during menopause, addressing issues such as hormonal balance, musculoskeletal health, and emotional well-being. Dr. Londa Jozwowski



      Dr. Londa Jozwowski has been part of the Chiro-Health Chiropractic Care Center team for over a decade. She’s passionate about working with families in the Plymouth community, partnering with practice members as they begin their journey to optimal health. She enjoys being an integral part of a team dynamic that truly puts the needs of the patient first.


      As a young girl, Dr. Londa remembers her mom suffering a severe back injury making it impossible for her mom to walk. “I remember my dad carrying her up the stairs to the chiropractor’s office. After her appointment she was able to walk out on her own.”

      Dr. Londa was so impacted by this experience that she knew that chiropractic was going to play a significant role in her life. She is honored to now be caring for moms in the community so they can be the best for their families. 

      Dr. Londa is married to Dale and has a stepson Nick. When she isn’t busy tending to the needs of her practice members, she enjoys gardening, reading, snowmobiling and anything to do with the great outdoors.

Dr. Katrine Colton

      Dr. Katrine Colton is a summa cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After graduating in 2018, she built a thriving family practice in Berlin, Wisconsin. Recently married, Dr. Colton has moved to Sheboygan to be with her husband. Utilizing the Gonstead system of chiropractic, Dr. Colton continues to marvel at how chiropractic adjustments help peoples’ bodies heal better, so people can get back to doing what they love doing. She likes working with men and women of all ages, and has advanced training in chiropractic techniques for babies, children, teenagers, and prenatal, pregnant and post-partum women. A native of Wausau, Katrine Colton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She then lived for several years in Germany and interned with Germany’s top nutritionist developing nutritionally-tailored recipes for different age groups and health conditions. (Does she speak German fluently? Ja.) In her free time, Katrine enjoys spending time with her husband cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, and gardening. Other interests are yoga, weight-lifting, cooking and learning new ways to prepare vegetables. Four spoiled guinea pigs call her “mom.” She loves spending time with friends, family and getting to know the Sheboygan community by getting involved in her church and local organizations.

Dr. Erika Owens


Grounded Roots Chiropractic

       Dr. Erika grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. She went on to graduate with her bachelors in Kinesiology Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Throughout her undergraduate degree Dr. Erika was a three sport athlete. She ran indoor & outdoor track and cross country. While running competitively collegiately, she experienced a few injuries and other minor tweaks. Dr. Erika had at the time been seeing a chiropractor for her chronic headaches she had as a little girl. She knew that in order for her body to perform at optimal level she needed to get into the local chiropractor. This is where she truly found her passion for serving the local community and helping to empower others to their health goals. 

       Dr. Erika continued to pursue her dreams of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractor at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  While in school she learned that each of our bodies have this incredible ability to self-heal and how the nervous system impacts the healing of one's body. While at Palmer College Dr. Erika specialized in caring for pregnant moms and babies. Dr. Erika is certified in the Webster's Technique and a part of the International Chiropractic Association. She also has done extensive training in pediatric and adolescents to make sure kids are not only hitting milestones but are thriving.

      Outside of the office, Dr. Erika can be found enjoying time with family and friends. Dr. Erika enjoys marathon training and hiking.

Dr. Renée A. Stauffacher

          Dr. Renee graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2005 after a career in agriculture loan processing. In addition to her degree, she has advanced training in pediatric, prenatal and pregnancy care, alongside training in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal posture. She is dedicated to staying well informed of current research, incorporating the latest technology and learning new techniques to support keeping the families of Sheboygan county well. . Dr. Renee experienced firsthand how a chiropractic routine can support people to move better, feel better, and live better.

          Like many people, health problems brought chiropractic into her life. In her late 20s, she was seeing specialists without a lot of results or relief, and when chiropractic made a world of difference, she felt a new pull in life. Dr. Renee became a chiropractor to provide others with the same kind of relief, care, and experience that she was so appreciative to have.

           Dr, Renee moved to Sheboygan in 2007. She has 2 playful orange cats and a horse. She enjoys traveling, riding her horse and chasing cows, and you will most likely find her at the local coffee shops too.

Dr. Baley Mikita

The Optimal Health Co.

           Dr. Baley is a Manitowoc and Sheboygan-based family chiropractor who focuses on women’s health, babies and kids as well as fertility journeys. Her journey started when she was a teenager with debilitating back pain that kept her from sports & work. She built a bond with her chiropractor, who would later help her heal from a devastating car accident. It was at that point that Dr. B knew - she wanted to become a trusted Doctor of Chiropractic and help people overcome their pain and improve their lives!  

           With a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from UW-Stout and a doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Baley is ready to get you and your family on the path to wellness. She specializes in spinal adjustments, extremity adjustments, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, NIMMO, cupping, and pin and stretch techniques.

            In her down time, you can find Dr. Baley frequenting the aisles of our local Target or exercising at home. She loves to try new foods with her husband and they’re on a constant search for the world’s best ice cream. Where should they head next?
